It is necessary to create an In-Box folder and the Comply database, to at minimum, contain configuration settings. To create both the In-Box folder and the database, run Comply/Admin, then use View > Folders > WAWF > In-Box. This will cause both the folder tree and the databases to be created. Simply acknowledge the prompts.
