The VSM Web Services Client (VSM-WSClient.exe) provides the SOAP web service 
required by VSM for FOB Destination shipments.   It differs from the HTTP Post
method used for FOB Origin, and is required only for FOB Destination. 

VSM-WSClient is a console application.  No shortcut is installed and the 
command-line interface is not published.  It is intended for use only with
MIL-Comply/VSM Automation.  

It may be installed in the directory of your choosing, however, MIL-Comply will
expect it to be in the default Mil-Pac applications folder.   This may be 
adjusted in the VSM Automation's general configuration options.
